Ibile Holdings Limited (The Investment Company of Lagos State Government)

Ibile Holdings Limited (IHL) was incorporated on 7th December 1989, but commenced business on Ist January 1990. The company was established to efficiently manage Lagos State Government’s (LASG) portfolio of quoted and unquoted investments. Hitherto, there was no state investment policy. This left ministries, agencies and other bodies of government to take investment decisions randomly. Therefore, the advent of IHL was meant to ensure that the state government’s investment portfolio is professionally managed for maximum and timely returns, while positioning the state to take advantage of emerging opportunities.

IHL’s initial Authorized Share Capital was =N=60 million and this was later increased to =N=200 million. In 2002, additional 800,000,000 units of =N=1.00 Ordinary shares was registered to raise its Share Capital to =N=1 billion with =N=223 million being issued and fully paid. Aside from managing a portfolio of equities, IHL renders financial advisory, property, investment and business promotion services. In addition to the efficient management of the state government’s portfolio and other resources, it has as one of its core objectives, the creation of employment opportunities within Lagos state.

MR. SEGUN OGUNDIPE,DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER / SPECIAL ADVISER TO THE GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR

	Mr. Segun Ogundipe is a 1987 graduate of Accounting from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University). He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
	Mr. Ogundipe started his banking career as member of the 1st set Graduate Trainees at Universal Trust Bank Plc where he received the award of the best Trainee. He was at different times the Treasurer of the Bank, Head of Clearing Unit, Head, Domestic Operations, Head, Product Development / E-Banking Department and Head, Consumer Banking Department.
	Mr. Ogundipe was also at different times, the General Manager for the subsidiaries of UTB, namely: Ventures Trust Limited (now Sterling Trust Limited) and UTB Securities Limited. He was the Product Manager for Value Card Project, Interswitch Project, E-Transact Project, Water Corporation and E-Payment Solution.
	Until his retirement from the services of UTB in January 2005 after Sixteen Years of meritorious service to the Bank, he attended many courses on Credit, Operations, Treasury Services (Money Market & FX), TQM, Seven Habits of Highly Effective Managers, Who Moved My Cheese and E-Banking in Nigeria. Mr. Ogundipe received awards at various courses including “Best Participant”.
	Mr. Ogundipe had a brief stint as Consultant to the Board of Internal Revenue and Ayata Pharmaceutical Company Limited from February to October 2005 before he was appointed Deputy General Manager / Special Assistant to the Group Managing Director of Ibile Holdings Limited.
	Mr Segun Ogundipe is the Managing Director of Lasbulk Nigeria Limited and the Deputy General Manager in charge of the dredge operation.

KIKELOMO C. AKINLUYI (MRS) FCA,DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER, CURRENTLY GROUP FINANCE & MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER

	Mrs. Akinluyi is 1988 graduate of accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti. She proceeded to obtain her MBA from the University of Ado Ekiti in 2002. she qualified as a Chartered accountant in 1991 and was admitted a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
	She began her career with NIDB in 1988 as a Youth Corper. Upon the successful completion of her youth service in 1989, she was employed by Avon Cosmetics Limited as Accountant.
	She joined Ibile holdings Limited in 1991 as an Investment Accountant. She was promoted in 1996 to the position of Manager, Head of Finance and Administration Department. She became a Senior Manager in 1998 and Assistant General Manager in 2001 with responsibility over the company’s Finance, Treasury and administrative Services.
	She was deployed to LASBULK Nigeria Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ibile Holdings Limited in 2003 as the pioneer Managing Director. In February 2004, she was promoted Deputy General Manager and appointed Management and Financial Controller of the Ibile Group, a position she still occupies till date.

MR. OLUSEYI OLUBOBA (FCA), GENERAL MANAGER, ENTERPRISE AND FINACIAL SUPPORT COMPANY LIMITED

	Mr Oluboba holds a 1986 University of Lagos Bachelor of Science Degree with second class honors upper division in Finance - Banking. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991.
	He started his career with Coopers and Lybrand & Co (Now Pricewater Houser Coopers) and after resigning his appointment, Joined Nigeria International Bank Limited (Now Citibank).
	He has held a number of position invarious investment houses. In 1992, He was head of Treasury Deparment, Trust Afrique Limited.
	In 1993, he was Assitant General Manager, Top Rank Investment Finance Limited.
	In 1994, he was the pioneer General Manager of Magnet Savings and Loans Limited the position he held till 1998.
	Presently, He is the General Manager of Enterprise and Finacial Support Company Limited as well as supervisory head of IHL Ventures Limited and Corporate Finance Division of Ibile Holdings Limited.

ADEYINKA ONIGBANJO SENIOR MANAGER / MANAGING DIRECTOR, IHL PROPERTIES LIMITED (A Subsidiary of Ibile Holdings Limited)

	Mr. ‘Yinka Onigbanjo Obtained HND (Upper Credit) in Urban and Regional Planning from Kaduna Polytechnic in 1983 and B.Sc. (2nd Class Upper) in Accountancy from the University of Jos in 1994 with Best Graduating Student prize in Public Sector Accounting.
	He observed his one year compulsory Youth Corps service with the Town Planning Department of Arochukwu-Ohafia Local Government Area, Abia State. He worked with Terra Surveys Limited and Mu’Allahyidi & Co. (Chartered Accountants) before joinning Ibile Holdings Limited in 1999 as an Assistant Manager in the Finance and Accounts Department.
	Mr. Onigbanjo was later deployed to IHL Properties Limited in 2002 as Deputy Manager and Head of Accounts of the subsidiary. In 2003, he was redeployed to the Head Office, where he worked in the Finance & Treasury Division and later in the Corporate Finance Division.
	In 2005, he was promoted a Manager and deployed to head IHL Properties Limited as The General Manager while doubling as the head of Special Projects Division.
	Mr. Onigbanjo was promoted Senior Manager in 2009 and upgraded to Managing Director of IHL Properties Limited. He has attended various courses and seminars.
